We will live in a villa in the mountains, swim in the warm Mediterranean Sea, walk through the beautiful Troodos mountains, eat delicious food from eco-farm, visit all corners of the beautiful island, enjoy the history and culture. Choose our activity: cycling or fishing, boat trips, collecting pomegranates, olives, figs and oranges – everything your heart desires in our journey to Cyprus at the end of September!
Day 1. From your city you will fly to Larnaca. Here are our adventures begin. We meet at the airport and drive to Larnaca for breakfast with croissants and “Cyprus coffee”. We will be able to hear the orthodox sunday service in the old church of Saint Lazarus or walk along the promenade. Then we will move to a small village in the mountains between Limassol and Larnaca, we will be able to relax on the beach, as well as to visit the Limassol in the evening.
Day 2. Eco day. In the morning we will go in the village of Zygi to buy the freshest fish, or even go on a boat with fishermen and catch it ourselves! In the afternoon we will be able to collect olives, oranges, pomegranates and figs. We will visit a winery and olive oil manufacture and arrange a master class on Greek cuisine! For those who want more activity will be able to ride a bike and visit the Monastery of Stavrovouni. In the evening, of course, we will relax on the beach;)
Day 3. Troodos Mountains.
Today is an active day. We will go to the beautiful Troodos Mountains. We will visit the ancient villages in the foothills, do some short walks in the mountains, have lunch in the tavern with a spectacular view on the mountain and the sea. In the evening, will find ourselves in the magical Kykkos Monastery in highlands of the Paphos Forest.
Day 4. Today we move to hotel on the first lane of Governor beach. But not just seat on the beach – we will explore! Today we will visit Aphrodite Beach and swim around the magical stone, which will make anyone young and beautiful, according to the locals. Then visit Paphos city, where we will see the archaeological park and learn a little bit of history, have some snorkeling near the reef and visit the Neophyte Monastery and Tombs of the Kings.
Day 5. Polis. Today we’ll go to the other end of the island, drive on the road, where there are no laws of gravity, visit the baths of Aphrodite and will walk the path with stunning views! Of course, do not forget the delicious mediterranean lunch. 😉
Day 6. Protaras and Ayia Napa. Relax on the beach and in the afternoon go to the Cape of Protaras and Ayia Napa, to walk the “health trails”, swim in pristine lagoons and enjoy the natural beauty.
Day 7. Free day. If you want to visit any part of this marvelous island – no problem! While the others are sunbathing and swimming, we will be able to go and see something that was not included in the program.
