There are some thing you need to know about your equipment before you come to Nepal. We go to Nepal at dry season, howewer, some rainfall is still possibe. Temperatures in mountanious region may vary drasticaly: from +30C to -10C. So be prepared!

If it`s you first time trekking – dont worry, you can come to Nepal wearing only t-shirt and trousers, the rest we will help you buy at affordable prices it Kathmandu. Simple-quality gear pack will cost you arround 350$(including shoes). Bur remember to come to Kathmandu at least one day before our adventure starts.

  • Boots: the single most important item to pack, are comfortable, sturdy hiking boots which gives a good support to your ankles. Preferable are the higher models with a good profile sole. We can recommend to to buy your shoues beforehand and wear them for some time before coming to Nepal.
  • Shoe wax or rainproof spray for shoes
  • Sleeping bag wih comfort temperature -5C
  • Backpack: 30-45 liters with good waist and chest belt to carry your belongings in and for carrying baggage in the plane. We provide porters for you, they will carry the rest of your stuff
  • Hiking sticks (we provede them for free!)
  • Lightweight shoes or sandals for changing into at night
  • Socks: 2-3 pairs outer socks, 1-2 pair liner socks and 1 pair for night time
  • Loose cotton trousers
  • T-shirts, long sleeved shirts
  • Cozy shirt for the evenings
  • Thermal underclothes if you like them
  • Warm lightweight sweater or fleece. Preferably to pairs.
  • Hat (sun and night), gloves or mittens, buff
  • Lightweight wind jacket
  • Rain gear: a simple plastic poncho is adequate to protect you from some rainfall
  • Rain cover for your backpack and day backpack
  • Down jacket: depending on trek and season (easy to rent in Nepal)
  • Day pack with good waist and chest belt
  • Sunglasses, sunscreen and chap stick
  • Quick dry towel
  • Head-on flash light for midnight toilet trips spare batteries
  • Moisture cream for your skin and lips (we recommend factor 30)
  • Water bottle with carry strap
  • Water purification pills or filter
  • First aid kit and medicines(antibiotics, personal medicine and hand-sanitiziers are a must)
  • Camera, Smartphone
  • 3 passport photos for ACAP (trekking) permit
